What is your shipping policy?

We will ship to the address provided, so please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.If we are unable to ship your entire order within 5 business days, we will contact you by email or phone.Orders may be sent in multiple shipments, and may be shipped from either our Victoria or Queensland warehouses.

We ship using various carriers, based on the size of the parcel and your address. If you have a preference for a particular carrier (for example Australia Post), please let us know in the Special Instructions field at checkout.Once shipped, orders for Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide metro areas may arrive overnight, however we are unable to guarantee delivery time. Deliveries to other capital cities and major regional centres will usually arrive within a week, while more remote areas can take longer.

Please contact us if you are concerned about your order and we will do our best to help, however deliveries are often out of our control once they leave our warehouse.

Do you accept returns?

Stubbs England Australia offers a full refund to anyone dissatisfied with their purchase, providing the product is returned at the buyers expense to us and is within 30 days of purchase. Please return un-used item in original packaging to:

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are quick at packing your order so it may be too late to change or cancel your order after you've made it. However, if you can contact us quickly we may be able to amend your order before it goes out.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Australia wide, but we do not ship internationally. You can check out other retailers or stubbsengland.com for more shipping options

How can I track my order?

Once you have placed an order and your payment method has been received, you'll get an email confirmation which contains information on payment, what you ordered and an order reference number you can use to track your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive another email with a courier tracking code.
